It has been awhile since I wrote for the Lake Powell Developments series. Since last we visited this series I have had the opportunity to not only meet but also to work with the developer on this project.
Developer Todd Nelson has placed on the real estate market the Canyons Edge subdivision in Big Water, Utah. There are 18 properties currently for sale ranging in size between 1/2 acre and 3/4 acre priced between $47,000 and $57,000. The entire subdivision is dynamically designed to maximize Lake Powell views.
